Orlando truly made the process so much easier than it was. He took initiative to get things done in a timely manner and getting any information that needed to be gathered and even taking the time to converse to all other parties necessary to complete the home purchasing process as swiftly and effectively as possible. He not once took any shortcuts, Orlando always insured everything was being done the right way and always made his professional knowledge and experience available and heard when he felt something was either wrong or felt there could be a much better way of proceeding in order to protect his client. Orlando has plenty of knowledge, I honestly learned plenty of information from him, and being a first time home buyer this was invaluable and truly opened my knowledge and eyes into the world of real estate. After 8 months of searching and several agents, Orlando came in and truly took over and was confident in his skills to make it all happen, guiding me through the whole process. I truthfully have zero complaints, he was very patient, and professional and truly got the job done.
