I worked with Orlando to sell an investment property that was a rental. It was a challenging sale, but Orlando was great to work with from beginning to end. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He answered every question and offered great advice and recommendations during the process. Selling a home is stressful, but working with Orlando made it painless and as straightforward as possible.
