- You give me the name and contact information of a home buyer or seller
- You name the organization you want my donation to benefit
- I help them buy or sell a home
- I donate 5% of my earnings (up to $500) to your organization
The organization must have IRS charitable status, and the donation will be made after the close of escrow.
